About Zimba Designworks
Zimba Designworks was formed in 1997, by Pam Winterburn-Chilton. As a small design firm, we have completed numerous projects in the Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Corridor. We are committed to creating high quality designs and developing and maintaining lasting client relationships by offering unparalleled professional and personal service.
Pam Winterburn-Chilton is a Certified Residential Designer. Her “big picture”, detailed site and design analysis, and expansive knowledge of building and zoning regulations, expedite the application process by ensuring building documents are accurate and complete. She is also a Registered Building Official with extensive experience as a municipal building inspector and plan checker.
Pam sits on both the Board of Directors for the Building Designer’s Institute of BC and the City of North Vancouver Advisory Design Panel. In addition, she is a member of the Applied Science Technologist and Technicians of BC and the Building Official’s Association of BC. Pam holds diplomas from the BC Institute of Technology in both Building Technology (Architectural major); and Interior Design (graduated with Honours).
